tortoisesvn - Tortoise SVN will work in this scenario or not? -
i have plc based online programme running on few machines. there few people work on machines @ different times. if there problem in way machines working edit , update programme accordingly.
what need software maintain watch on these updates , inquire person fill in id , comment before exits code after updating.
does tortoise svn have these options within or not? if available, how can create 1 person admin?
