when running 'start-dfs' command next error:

fatal namenode.namenode: exception in namenode bring together java.lang.unsatisfiedlinkerror: org.apache.hadoop.nativeio.nativeio$windows.access0(ljava/lang/string;i)z

any suggestions on how prepare , finish configuring hadoop? thanks!
