semantic web - RDF vocabulary extendability -
i new rdf , unsure if understand everything. far know, vocabulary foaf, dc, etc. provide predicates objects. is, if want create vocabulary cars provide objects representing brands users can create this:

if new auto producer comes market, have update ontology... vocabularies appropriate such things or have write more generic vocabulaires without?
