i have unusual situation in upon making changes css code in sublime text 2, saving , previewing locally in google chrome, changes not immedietaly visible. takes time them 'apply' in browser.

for illustration had frustrating situation moment ago copyright paragraph not beingness displayed whenever neighbouring h3 class of 'hidden' in same container. i've commented moment h3, copyright paragraph appeared , curiosity i've uncommented h3 class 'hidden'. expecting paragraph disappear stayed nil happen. what's going on here ? why browser not showing exact results upon code changes ? why @ first paragraph disappearing , it's not doing ?
