i tried add together ads apps, downloaded sdk , it's perfecly added wrote code given in admob website doesn't work , emulator doesn't show ,

the next id_cap capabilities must included in manifest of advertising-enabled app.

your height , width should according size gave banner in server. illustration if you've given there size of width=480 & height=80 should give same size here.
