Download files from FTP to amazon EMR -
i need download files ftp server amazon emr, have shell script download files it's working in linux machines, not in amazon emr namenode. not getting error, terminal not displaying after ran shell script.
note:i have enable ports on master security groups. know other approach download ftp s3 , amazon emr, need download files straight amazon emr.
i assume have tried download files ftp server amazon emr using bootstrap scripts.
to debug whats going wrong. can connect master node / slaves nodes when , see script runs ? can help if script running not.
other way debug , 1 time node launched seek run script manually on emr nodes , see if throw error.
hope help debug why scripts not running.
