i not sure if liquibase needs write database in order

successfully acquired alter log lock

the reason temporarily not have read-write password, read-only password me, deploy production

i wanted check if liquibase able lock database.

p.s. since database state has not changed, not needed apply new changesets

as far know, liquibase inserts row table databasechangeloglock lock schema. deletes row unlock schema.
