Adding a WCF Service reference in Visual Studio 2013 -

following illustration wcf, seems in vs 2010 right click references, nail "add service reference", , nail "discover" find services in solution.

this not work in vs 2013. have service dll, have service host, not find services. clean, rebuild, seek 1 time again -> same outcome.

i'm running vs administrator (win 8 + vs 2013 -> can't run wcf if not admin).

the alternative of running service through vs , adding reference not exist (won't allow add together service reference when running), solutions i've found are:

use svcutil manually (works though) run service.exe manually (as admin), , point it's end point.

any ideas what's up?
